Portland Cement Concrete Paving Award. The State of Illinois presented us with the Contractor of the Year Award in the category of Portland Cement Concrete Paving on December 10, 2002 at the AGC of Illinois' annual convention luncheon for the I-88 joint venture project we did with Bob Propheter Construction L.L.C.. This was a two year project involving both total reconstruction and overlay sections for approximately ten miles of interstate highway in each direction (view letter).
